There is no fear in love. Love and fear are on completely opposite ends of the spectrum from each other. You cannot be doing both at the same time. Today’s Daily Quote is from the American actress, Mira Sorvino. She was born on September 28, 1967. She said the following:
We all struggle with our failure to communicate and our failure to reach beyond fear to love people.
I agree with Ms. Sorvino. I realize that, at some point, we all have a fear of love, loving people, or, at least, just being open to the concept. For today, let’s do just that. Let’s be open to the concept of love. Let’s remember, and work on absorbing, the fact that there is no fear in love. Most of us have no problems loving children or animals or old people. You know, the beings that do not threaten us because we think they can’t or won’t hurt us like a romantic partner or a good friend / peer. We often have big troubles when it comes to opening up to romantic love. We have big troubles communicating past rough spots with friends and lose friendships because of it. Be open to love in all forms today. It won’t kill you. I promise.
