I am going to drop a bit of knowledge on you today. I like to find the easiest way to do something. I don’t do complicated if at all possible. With that in mind, today’s quote is from Albert Einstein, the German physicist. He was born on March 14, 1879. He said the following:
When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like an hour. That’s relativity.
Albert Einstein was so incredibly smart. By simplifying, he gave us a bit of knowledge about relativity in today’s quote. As a result, I think most of us completely understand the theory of relativity now.
For today, let’s look at where we can simplify our lives. Where are you making things just way too hard? Are you over-thinking, over-doing, over-speaking or any more over-anything in any area of your life? Our fear and our need for control is what makes us manage and micro-manage situations. Just for today, exhale and release the hold you have on these things. Just let go. As you find yourself thinking about these areas throughout the day, simply exhale and release the hold. If Albert Einstein can simplify the theory of relativity like he did in today’s quote, we can certainly simplify at least one thing in our lives. By taking a bit of knowledge from reading this, exhaling, dropping the proverbial reins and releasing our need to control things we can’t control, we can have a totally different kind of experience today. Are your ready? Exhaleeeeeee.
